We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely professional and courteous, providing excellent customer service. They even discounted our rate by 1/2 and offered a room upgrade because we used our Amex card. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and they cheerfully accommodated all our needs. The location was great, within walking distance to most points of interest in this city, including Boston Common, Boston Public Gardens, and the historic areas nearby. We were also pleased to find that transportation was convenient, with a subway stop just 15 minutes away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a spacious room featuring attractive modern dรฉcor and a stunning view. We also appreciated the range of restaurants and theaters nearby, as well as the coffee and tea making facilities in our room. this hotel had everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby and guest rooms had attractive decor. The staff was friendly and courteous, and they were able to accommodate my early check-in request. The location was perfect, as it was situated by the Boston Common and within walking distance of everything, including the theater district. It was also convenient for parking and transportation. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with great facilities.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel in Boston! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful Boston Common park. The hotel itself was modern and sleek, with very spacious rooms. The facilities were top-notch, especially the well-equipped fitness room which had everything I needed for a great workout. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly John in concierge who went above and beyond to assist me. The convenience of the hotel's location made my experience in Boston even better.
